Over my career, I have worked with leaders and teams as their executive and as a coach, this positions me to uniquely understand the challenges within an organization as a leader striving for results. • Over 25 years’ experience leading people and teams in Global organizations both private and public sector.
• Coaching experience both from within and outside the organization.
• Teaching of coaching techniques and change management structures to leaders.

When not working and coaching, I am a mother of two young ladies, I enjoy hiking in nature, playing music and writing poetry.
